Today's Scripture Message:
It is easy to forget, especially when life presents adversities, that what you are going through is an experience, another opportunity to advance. Many times what you go through affects you according to the weight you give it. If you allow the light of your purpose to be crowded out by all of the negatives that are coming at you it will overcome you, but if you poke just a small hole in that wall of darkness, light shines through. Look at your circumstance and focus on the lesson, not the garbage of the confusion, ensuring your light is impenetrable. As Christians, we are the living representation of Christ within us the challenge is always to assess what you have, right where you are and creatively use it to move forward. As long as you have YOU and the representation of Christ within you, you are never without light enough to guide your path.
Prayer for the day:
Father, even when I physically cannot see you, the eyes of my heart remain focused on you. Nothing will keep me from you even when intentional distractions fall in my path. I name those distractions and rebuke them in your name, as you continue to guide me on my way. I thank and praise you, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
