Today's Scripture Passage: Philippians 4:11-13
11 I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. 12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
There is no greater distraction than fear and panic. Sure life is going to present itself to you in different ways daily, but as much as possible, cleave to the levelness of the strength of God within you. This is a difficult thing to do when crisis avails and time is of the essence, but in those times do all you can to refuse to allow fear and panic to overtake you, in doing so the clarity of your thoughts are as purposed and not as prodded.
