Day 21 Reconciliation Fasting

When He Delivers You, HE DELIVERS

Today’s Scripture: Joshua 1:3-9 (ESV)

3 Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given to you, just as I promised to Moses. 4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites to the Great Sea toward the going down of the sun shall be your territory. 5 No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you or forsake you.

6 Be strong and courageous, for you shall cause this people to inherit the land that I swore to their fathers to give them. 7Only be strong and very courageous, being careful to do according to all the law that Moses my servant commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go.

8This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. 9Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."

Today’s Scripture Message

Every day you are presented with a new opportunity to “get it right”. Cease the prospect of what you can become if you take the time to work on YOU. The blessing and the favor of God is tremendous and abundant. He with your permission, can rewrite your existence to fall in line with the true purpose of your life. What are you waiting for? What is in you NOW that you should be using to lift yourself and others from the excess of the blessing you have already been granted. What are you doing opposite of that blessing that is keeping you from it’s full realization? Need answers? Find it in His Word, faithfully execute your changes and watch how God not only delivers you, but uses you to lift others.

Thought for the Day:

“Great minds have purposes; little minds have wishes. Little minds are subdued by misfortunes; great minds rise above them.” – Washington Irving

Goal for the Day:

Do all that you can to improve. Once you have done everything faithfully and you are sure your work is complete to the best of your ability, relax.

(From Pastor Gregory Dickow’s – Fast From Wrong Thinking)

Today we’re continuing to fast from the thought: “I just can’t break this habit.” (PART II) Whether it’s an emotional struggle, an addiction, a spending habit, etc., you CAN be free today! Don’t buy the lie that that’s just the way you are.

Let's CHANGE IT TODAY:

See yourself free NOW with the eyes of your heart. (Ephesians 1:17) Judge with the eyes of scripture.

BELIEVE: the habit is ALREADY BROKEN through the cross of Jesus. It is FINISHED! (John 19:30)

Who told you you'd always be like that? Stop listening to knuckleheads. You’re a new creature in Christ! (2 Corinthians 5:17)

Forgive yourself—for whatever you’ve done or struggled with. God has already forgiven you. Join Him! Forgiveness is the gateway to your inheritance. And your inheritance is the power to change. (Acts 26:17, John 8:11)

Awake to righteousness and you can break anything. (1 Corinthians 15:34) You've been made righteous by Jesus' blood ALREADY and you reign in life. (Romans 5:17)

Think power thoughts. I mean focus on scriptures that describe how powerful you are. (Romans 8:37, 2 Timothy 1:7, Luke 10:19)

THINK IT & SAY IT:

I am free NOW from all habits and bondage. I see myself free NOW. I refuse to be defined by other’s opinions of me or my past. God doesn’t hold my past against me, and neither do I. I am walking the freedom of my inheritance and I reign in life through Jesus Christ!

Happy 71st Day of the New Year!!!

Release, Reclaim, Reinvigorate, Rejoice!!!

Many Blessings!!!
