You Are Blessed, Be a Blessing
Today’s Scripture: Genesis 12: 1-3 (NIV)
1 The LORD had said to Abram, "Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you.
2 "I will make you into a great nation
and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.
3 I will bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse;
and all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you."
Today’s Scripture Message
God does not bring you out of circumstances for you to remain captive to those circumstances but to be a witness of the blessing bestowed you that you may inspire or lift someone else in the manner you were lifted. We all will have times of trouble and if you keep your focus on the lesson being shown you by our Father and not the circumstance you will know nothing our father does on your behalf is in vein or in detriment to you. In His is victory and his residence in you is victorious. When you do not understand, seek his word for understanding and meditate it. When you feel unfairly treated, seek his word, forgive and let him handle it. When you feel you can not go on, seek his word for strength and stand firmly in his word. 5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6). Have faith and know His word will never fail you.
Thought for the Day:
“You are surrounded by simple, obvious solutions that can dramatically increase your income, power, influence and success. The problem is, you just don't see them.”

Goal for the Day:
Figure out what you can do, what you can use that you have right now to improve your financial situation. Write it down and post it in a place where you will see it regularly.

(From Pastor Gregory Dickow’s – Fast From Wrong Thinking)
Today we’re fasting from thoughts of financial fear. “What if I end up poor when I’m old”; “I’m afraid I’ll never be financially well off”; “What if I make the wrong move”; etc. We need to attack these fears with the Word of God and with right thinking.
Let's CHANGE IT TODAY:
- Embrace God as your source—you’re only source. That doesn’t mean you don’t work or save. But fix your mind on God as provider. He is Jehovah Jireh—your provider (Genesis 22:12-14).
- “Poor” thinking leads to “poor” living. Replace ‘poverty’ thinking (just getting by), with ‘prosperity’ thinking. Look up Romans 8:32. God supplies us with all things RICHLY to enjoy (1 Timothy 6:17).
- Stop thinking God and money don’t mix. Trusting both don’t mix. God provides. TRUST God, not money. Trusting the wrong thing produces wrong choices.
- Renew your mind to the purpose of money. God wants you blessed to be a blessing (Genesis 12:1-3) Deuteronomy 8:18 says He gives us the power to get wealth—TO ESTABLISH HIS COVENANT.
- YOU HAVE CONTROL. Say it and believe it. You control your financial future by the seeds you sow and by the plans you make
- BELIEVE in the power of wisdom. You can ask for and receive MORE THAN YOU NEED (James 1:5). Solomon asked for wisdom, and he became wealthy. (2 Chronicles 1:11)
THINK IT & SAY IT:
I embrace God as my source. He provides all things richly for me to enjoy. I rebuke the fear of being poor, and I fill my mind with thoughts of God’s provision. I see the purpose of money is to advance the

Just A Thought
Kenya Anderson
"People should think less about what they ought to do and more about what they ought to be. If only their being were good, their works would shine forth brightly. The ground upon which good character rests is the very same ground from which man's work derives its value, namely, a mind wholly turned to God" Meister Eckhart
