Today’s Scripture Focus:
2 Kings 15-17 (NIV)
15 When the servant of the man of God got up and went out early the next morning, an army with horses and chariots had surrounded the city. "Oh, my lord, what shall we do?" the servant asked.
16 "Don't be afraid," the prophet answered. "Those who are with us are more than those who are with them."
17 And Elisha prayed, "O LORD, open his eyes so he may see." Then the LORD opened the servant's eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
Today’s Scripture Message:
Our Father places a call on each of our lives that we accept His use of us to forward & prosper the
The best example I can give you is the direction we were all given in school “when you go to speak in front of a crowd, imagine them with nothing on…it makes them less intimidating” (or something to this effect)… I say to you in the faith of Elisha disallow fear, confusion…anything to keep you from your confident walk with Christ to the kingdom of our Father and your inheritance within THIS, our kingdom. As you keep moving forward see the legion of angels sent by God fighting on behalf of you, His child moving you safely along his path. YOU HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR.
Prayer for the day:
Father, open the eyes of all of us, your children that we see all that your kingdom has for us, right here where we are, that heaven greets us at our doorstep revealing the order of protection sent forth from you granting unobstructed passage on our walk in obedience to the call placed on each of our lives, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Thought for the day:
The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature...- Anne Frank
Goal for the Day:
Move courageously through your day knowing YOU ARE COVERED!!!
